Prof. Dr. Ricardo Sandes Ehlers

Ricardo Ehlers is an assistant professor at the University of São Paulo. He participates in the inter-institutional graduate program in Statistics and the Professional Master's program in Mathematics, Statistics and Computing Applied to Industry. He was coordinator of the inter-institutional graduate program in Statistics (2019-2021), secretary of ISBRA Brazilian chapter of ISBA (2019-2020) and is currently President of ISBRA (2021-2022). Elected member of the board of the Latin American Regional Section of the International Association for Statistical Computing IASC-ISI (2021-2024). His main research fields of interests are: Bayesian Statistics, time series, Econometrics and MCMC methods.
