Jean-David Caprace

Has a master's degree in Industrial Engineering (2000) and PhD in Applied Sciences from the University of Liege (2010) both obtained in Belgium.
He is Professor from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro since 2013 where he is acting as the head of the Ocean Engineering Program.
He is technical director of the Brazilian Society of Marine Engineering since 2017 and Editor in Chief of the Marine Systems & Ocean Technology since 2019.
