PhD Pol Grootswagers

Pol Grootswagers acquired his PhD on the topic Nutritional Strategies to improve Muscle Quality during Ageing in 2020 and is now working as a postdoctoral researcher at the division of Human Nutrition at Wageningen University, the Netherlands. In his current position he aims to investigate lifestyle interventions to combat the process of ageing.
