Joaquim Paulo Serra

J. Paulo Serra has a PhD in Communication Sciences. He is Full Professor at the Department of Communication Sciences of UBI. He is currently the scientific coordinator of Labcom.IFP, and, at a national level, the Chairman of the Portuguese Association of Communication Sciences.
