Please find below the bus itinerary for the event taking place during the week of June 3^rd to 7^th, 2024:

Bus 1: WYNDHAM HOTEL to PTI/ITAIPU

Bus 2: WYNDHAM HOTEL to PTI/ITAIPU

Bus 3: WYNDHAM/CHE LAGARTO/MIRANTE HOTELS to PTI/ITAIPU

Bus 4: WYNDHAM/TAROBÁ/DEL REY/TAROBÁ EXPRESS HOTELS to PTI/ITAIPU

DEPARTURE TIME OF BUSES FROM HOTELS TO ITAIPU TECHNOLOGICAL PARK (PTI): 07:30 AM

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING TRANSFERS FROM JOURNEY/MRFOOD IN FOZ DO IGUAÇU TO PTI/ITAIPU (venue):

• Buses will depart from hotels to PTI, the event location, at 07:30 AM sharp.

• We kindly request everyone to be punctual; Identification badges will be distributed at this time, and it is mandatory to wear them visibly at all times. A brief stop will be made to ensure everyone is wearing their badges correctly, and occasional luggage inspections may be conducted.

• Participants who have provided accurate documentation details will receive complete badges with all identification information and will proceed directly to PTI, with only a brief stop for notebook inspections (instructions provided below).

• To register at PTI for entry, you must present your original documents as follows:
  
  Brazilians: Valid ID or Driving License, and CPF
  
  Foreigners: Original passport

After registration, please wait for the event car at the accreditation/PTI area, which will transport you to Cine Teatro Barrageiros (venue). A secretary will be available on-site to assist with transfers.
 

Please pay close attention to the following security procedures:

• If you are carrying a notebook/computer, please ensure it is visible for security inspection. All notebooks will receive a control label.

• Please note that security guards may request to inspect bags or backpacks. This is a standard safety procedure, and your cooperation is appreciated.

• It is not permitted to walk alone within the Itaipú Technological Park area. If you need to leave early for any reason, please do not exit on foot. Utilize the internal circular buses to reach the barrier. Once outside the park at the barrier, you can arrange for a taxi or Uber.

• All event participants must keep their badges visible at all times.
