ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION AT THE 18th BRAZILIAN MAGNETIC RESONANCE JOURNEY

 

  • Extended Deadline for abstract submission: UP TO APRIL 08th, 2024;
     

  • To submit your abstract, you must be already registered at the Meeting;
     

  • All abstracts must be submitted in PORTUGUESE, as instructed in the online registration system;
     

  • Prizes will be awarded at the event for the 3 best student works, competing for the prize, in the Undergraduate and Postgraduate categories, which must be presented orally, and in Poster format too;
     

  • Each registration allows the submission of up to 02 (two) abstracts; but only 1 work per registered author will be able to compete for the best work award;
     

  • The abstracts must be submitted by ONLY 01 AUTHOR OF EACH WORK, and all co-authors must be listed at the submission;
     

  • Identify the name of the presenting author and provide his/her e-mail address on the online submission;
     

  • The abstract to be typed directly into the system, must contain only plain text, with a maximum of 700 words; Tables and Figures aren’t allowed in this space;
     

  • Students competing for best work awards, in addition to the abstract, with up to 700 words, which must be inserted into the online submission system, must also send the extended abstract, with a minimum of 4 pages and a maximum of 5 pages, there cover page included, in accordance with the rules for submitting works competing for the award.
     

  • References and Acknowledgements to supporting agencies, institutions and collaborators should appear at the end of the text;
     

  • All abstracts must be presented in the form of POSTER too, including those chosen for oral communications and competitors for prizes;
     

  • There will also be a prize for the BEST POSTER presented at the event. All posters of students, regardless of the category (undergraduate student, master's, doctoral, or postdoctoral), are eligible for the Best Poster Award;
     

  • The posters must be displayed on the first day of the event, JUNE 03rd, on the panels organized in the exhibition area of the Journey. The authors, responsible for the works, must be available, alongside their poster, during the poster sessions, as schedule of the 18th Brazilian Magnetic Ressonance Journey;
     

  • In the poster exhibition area there will be a numbered list with all the works to be presented at the Journey. You must identify the number of your abstract and post your poster on the panel with the corresponding number;
     

  • Posters dimensions (maximum): 0.90m width X 1.20m height.
     

  • IMPORTANT - We strongly request that all those who are going to present work at the Brazilian Magnetic Resonance Journey, that each one provide the printing of their own work, take their poster with you to the event, which must be posted by you on the respective exhibition panel of the works, according to instructions available in the exhibition room.

     

ATTENTION

ON SUBMITTING YOUR ABSTRACT, ALL AUTHORS MUST BE LISTED. THE CERTIFICATE WILL BE PREPARED BASED ON THE INFORMATION ON YOUR REGISTRATION. AFTER RELEASE, IT CANNOT BE CHANGED.

To submit your abstract you must enter the requested information into the event’s paper submission system.

The system is self-explanatory, and this template is just a model of how your abstract will look like in the Annals of the Journey, after inserting the information.



EXTENDED ABSTRACT TEMPLATE

The extended abstract must only be sent by students (undergraduate and graduate) competing for the award.
 

The extended abstract must be attached, in a PDF file, in the submission area of the system, in accordance with the:

Registration and accommodation, in a triple room, at the next AUREMN event.

2nd PLACE:
Accommodation, in a triple room, at the next AUREMN event.

3rd PLACE:
Registration for the next AUREMN event.
