Registration Confirmation
Registration will only be confirmed upon payment.
Accompanying person
It is possible to bring accompanying people to Campinas, where lodging, lunch and dinner will be provided under the presented fee. An additional fee will apply for room upgrades when more than two people accompanying share the accommodation (R$ 500.00).
Children’s Recreation Area
The Clostridium Meeting will offer a dedicated childcare and recreation area for children accompanying registered participants. We are working to provide a welcoming and engaging environment, with activities tailored to different age groups.
This initiative will allow parents and guardians to fully participate in the scientific program with greater peace of mind. The space will be supervised by trained staff and will include games, toys, and age-appropriate recreational activities. The final program will be designed according to the number and ages of participating children.
Providing this space reflects our commitment to fostering a more inclusive and accessible environment, helping to ensure that family responsibilities do not become a barrier to participation.
Fee per child: R$ 1,000.00 for the full duration of the event.
Payment Methods
Credit Card
Registrations paid by credit card will only be confirmed after payment authorization by the card issuer.
Pix
For payments made via Pix, a QR code and payment code will be generated and made available in the participant’s area.
Bank Slip (Boleto Bancário)
The bank slip will expire two days after the registration is completed on the website. After this period, it will be automatically canceled. Failure to make payment will require the issuance of a new bank slip at the updated rate. To generate an updated bank slip, please access the registration page and log in using the username and password created during registration.
Cancellation and Transfer of Registration
According to the cancellation policy, requests for refunds may be made within seven (7) days after purchase. Refunds will be subject to deduction of the bank transaction fee of BRL 14.90 (fourteen reais and ninety cents). Requests must be submitted by email to info@clostridium18.org .
Registration may be transferred to another individual up to 90 days before the event, upon written request sent to info@clostridium18.org. To complete the transfer, the recipient must first register for the Conference under the same registration category. The transfer request email should include the recipient’s full name, CPF or passport, and registration number.
