We are pleased to announce that the XIII South American Symposium on Isotope Geology (SSAGI) will be held from May 12th to 15th 2024 at the Armação dos Búzios town, Rio de Janeiro State, Brazil. The symposium aims to bring together geoscientists to present new contributions and exchange ideas on the application of isotope geochemistry and geochronology to basic and applied research. The conferences will cover subjects like crustal and mantle evolution, geochronology of metamorphic and igneous processes, geochronology and isotope geochemistry of ore deposits, low temperature geochronology of geological processes, isotope applications in paleoclimatology, sedimentary provenance, environmental geochemistry and hydrogeology, forensic science, and new isotope developments. The event is hosted by the SBG- Brazilian Geological Society and organized by a committee composed by geoscientists from Universities, Research Centers and Mining and Oil Companies of South to North America.
