Submission of abstracts
To submit an abstract it's not necessary to pay immediately, only pay attention in Submission Guidelines Date.
INSTRUCTIONS:
All abstracts must be submitted via the online system following the sequential rules described below:
1-Contributions will be accepted according to the model available to fill in the fields directly on the website, in English and, if desired, include references – a maximum of 3 (figures will not be accepted);
2- Character limit: 4000. Features such as text compression and character shortening will not be accepted. Title, authors and affiliation will not be counted in the sum of characters as they will be filled in in their own field.
3- Each registration will allow the submission of 02 works.
4- All fields marked with * are mandatory
5- The evaluation of abstracts will be carried out by the Session Coordinators and Scientific Committee, taking into account: (i) the relationship of the abstract with the theme of the Symposium or Technical-Scientific Session; (ii) the presentation of some technical-scientific contribution; and (iii) that do not contain conceptual errors.
6- Any error, whether in typing, spelling, etc., will be the sole responsibility of the author(s).
7- Authors can indicate their preference for a poster or oral presentation. However, the event's Scientific Committee will be responsible for the final award of the modality.
8- The summary must be written in plain text – it must not contain figures, maps, graphs or sub-items. These options can be used by authors in oral or poster presentations during the event.
9. The summary will be published online.
10. A certificate per abstract will be provided to the registered author, mentioning the names of all authors.
11. The abstracts submitted may be disclosed or even published, at the discretion of the Scientific Committee, without any payment of copyright to their authors who, when registering, expressly accept and grant this option to the event organizers, aware of the nature of customer service. community, non-profit that the event encompasses.
