Project submission rules
1. Eligibility
- Submissions are open to researchers, academicians, professionals, and students worldwide.
- Each submission must be the original work of the author(s) and not under review elsewhere.
2. Project Categories

3. Submission Process
- Create an Account: Authors must register on the event's submission portal.
- Submit Abstract: An abstract (300–500 words) detailing the purpose, methodology, and findings of the project is mandatory.
- Upload Full Paper: Submit the complete project document in PDF format, adhering to the provided template.
- Confirmation: Authors will receive an email confirming the receipt of their submission.
4. Formatting Requirements
- File Format: PDF only.
- Paper Length: Maximum 10 pages, including references, figures, and appendices.
- Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt.
- Margins: 1-inch on all sides.
- Referencing Style: APA or IEEE, as specified in the event guidelines.
5. Important Dates
- Submission Deadline: January 15, 2025
- Notification of Acceptance: February 28, 2025
- Final Paper Deadline: March 15, 2025
6. Review Process
- Submissions undergo a double-blind peer review.
- Each submission is reviewed by at least two experts in the relevant field.
- Review criteria include originality, relevance, clarity, and scientific contribution.
7. Plagiarism Policy
- All submissions will be checked using anti-plagiarism software.
- Submissions with a similarity index of more than 20% (excluding references) will be rejected without review.
8. Presentation Requirement
- Accepted projects must be presented at the event (oral or poster, based on the session).
- At least one author must register for the event and attend in person or virtually.
9. Ethics Statement
- Projects involving human or animal subjects must include an ethics approval statement.
- Any conflicts of interest must be disclosed during submission.
