Azahara Jiménez-Millán
University of CórdobaAzahara Jiménez-Millán is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Education and Psychology, University of Córdoba, Spain, specializing in higher education policy, diversity, and social justice. She holds a PhD in Social Sciences and Law (Cum Laude, International Mention) and is an active member of the EDISO research group. Her main research interests include diversity, inclusive education, and institutional leadership, with multiple articles published in high-impact journals and participation in over 20 national and international conferences. She has completed research stays at Harvard University, University College Dublin, and Universidad Nacional de Córdoba (Argentina). She leads research projects on institutional inclusion and educational innovation, and collaborates in knowledge transfer and social responsibility activities, including scientific outreach events and professional training for educators. Her teaching is focused on interdisciplinary and innovative practices informed by active research in educational inclusion and equity
