Dr(a). Jara Pérez-Jiménez

Dr. Jara Pérez Jiménez is a researcher at the Institute of Food Science, Technology and Nutrition (ICTAN-CSIC), in Madrid. She is co-author of more than 80 papers (> 6,000 citations, h-index: 35) and co-editor of a book published by the Royal Society of Chemistry (UK). She was a member (2015-18) of the Committee of Experts in Human Nutrition of the French Agency for Food Safety. She also develops scientific dissemination activities for which was awarded by the Spanish Royal Society of Chemistry
