Kaio Olimpio das Graças Dias

Kaio Olimpio das Graças Dias is an Agronomist and Assistant Professor at the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV). His research focuses on quantitative genetics, statistical genetics, polyploids, and genotype-by-environment interaction using mixed models and Bayesian inference applied to plant breeding. He co-developed statistical R packages such as ProbBreed (for multi-environment Bayesian analysis) and GenComp (for spatial competition models).
