Jânio Delboni

Jânio Delboni is an Agronomist and Research & Development Manager with four decades of specialized experience in maize breeding and seed research. He has a solid background leading high-performance programs, serving as Maize Research Manager at Agroceres and conducting extensive regional research for high-altitude zones at Monsanto. His expertise centers on breeding for tropical and subtropical environments, genetic resistance to critical maize diseases, germplasm diversification, and the corporate management of regional R&D projects.
