Ivan Schuster

Ivan Schuster is an Agronomist and the Molecular Research Leader at Longping High-Tech. He has over two decades of experience managing research projects, people, and processes in major agricultural companies, having previously served as a Research Manager at Coodetec and as the Traits, Genetics, and Technology Leader for Latin America at Dow AgroSciences. His expertise covers molecular marker-assisted breeding, genomic prediction, data analysis, and biosafety regulations. Additionally, he has sustained an active academic role, serving as a professor for 15 years and collaborating as an advisor in multiple graduate programs across Latin America.
