Dr. Matheus de Paula Ferreira is a postdoctoral researcher in Applied Statistics and Biometrics at the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV), Brazil. He holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Applied Statistics and Biometrics, as well as a B.Sc. in Mathematics, all from UFV. His research focuses on statistical modeling, geostatistics, and the application of remote sensing technologies in plant breeding, particularly in sugarcane.
