📢 Important Information about Submitting Posters

THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING POSTERS IS MAY 25^th, 2025, 23:59 UTC-3. No extention to the deadline will be made!!!

📤 Authors who have already submitted the poster and wish to make adjustments may replace the file until the final submission deadline: May 25^th, 2025. After this date, NO new changes (or new posters) will be accepted. THERE WILL BE NO EXTENSION TO THE SUBMISSION DEADLINE

📝 The poster template provided is in PPT (PowerPoint) format and contains editable text boxes, which can be freely modified according to each author's preference, including adjustments to formatting, alignment, and organization of the content.

🔐 Only the areas (on the poster) that are part of the event's standard template are protected and blocked for editing, to ensure visual standardization and compliance with previously established guidelines.

After editing, the poster must be saved in PDF format, and this is the file that can be submitted to the platform.

⚠️ We emphasize that it is essential to follow the step-by-step guidelines to uploading the file, in order to ensure that the submission is carried out correctly on the platform.

❗ The posters will be presented in digital format during the event, in PDF format, as submitted. This means that it is not necessary to print the poster. There will be NO space to exhibit printed posters. 

⚠️ The Organizing Committee will not make corrections to the posters received. All materials will be presented exactly as submitted by the author. For this reason, it is essential to carefully review the content before final submission.

Steps for submission:

1. Access: https://proceedings.science/cfp/scs-2025/submission?lang=en and log in to the platform.
2. Click on the title of your approved submission.
3. Select the option "Edit submission."
4. In the "Poster file" field, upload a PDF file following the official event template.
5. Check the box: "I confirm that I have added the poster file to my submission."
6. Proceed and confirm the full submission process.
