Abstract submission deadline: March 31st, 2025 (acceptance will be conditioned to the evaluation of the Scientific Committee and payment of the registration fee)

Abstract acceptance confirmation: April 15th, 2025 (the presentation of the abstract at the symposium will be conditioned to the payment of the registration fee by at least one author)

All registrations close: Registrations for the symposium were closed early, due to full booking of the venue's capacity.
