How posters are organized
To optimize traffic and discussions, posters run in two rotations:

• Rotation 1: Tuesday afternoon + Wednesday morning

• Rotation 2: Wednesday afternoon + Thursday morning

Each poster is assigned to one rotation only and will be displayed during both time windows of that rotation.

 

Find your assignment (rotation/board)

• Check the official program on the app (search by your name). Or you can download a PDF file (Rotation 1 and Rotation 2)

• Board numbers will be posted at the registration desk and signposted in the poster area.

• Our staff can assist on site if needed.

 

Mounting & removal

• Mount and remove your poster immediately before/after the display windows for your rotation.

• On-site signage will indicate the mounting/removal windows; staff will be available to help.

• We provide clips/pins at the venue.

 

Presenter attendance
At least one author must be at the poster during the “Presenter in Attendance” periods indicated in the program for your rotation.

Note: minor timing adjustments may appear in the app. Please recheck your entry close to the event dates.
