Kids Recreation Program at Prion 2025
We understand that attending a conference with family can be a balancing act, so we are delighted to offer a Kids Recreation Program during the meeting. While you participate in sessions and workshops, your children can enjoy a safe, fun, and engaging environment at the event venue.
Activities for Ages 2 to 10
Our recreation program is designed to entertain children aged 2 to 10 with age-appropriate fun and educational activities. Activities may include:
- Arts and Crafts: Hands-on creativity to inspire young artists.
- Supervised Play Area: A dedicated space with toys, games, and crafts, ensuring a safe place for your kids to play and socialize.
Qualified Staff and Supervision
All activities will be supervised by experienced and qualified staff, ensuring that your children are well cared for while you are attending the event. Safety is our top priority, and we are committed to providing a secure and enjoyable experience for all young participants.
Our staff is proficient in Portuguese and English. But as we know, kids have their universal language, and they always find a way to have fun and connect ā no matter what language they speak!
Schedule and Registration
The recreation program will be available on November 4th, 5th, and 6th from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, allowing you to attend sessions without concern.
- Daily Schedule: Activities will be scheduled throughout the day, with flexible drop-off and pick-up times between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm to accommodate your conference schedule.
- Registration: Please register your child in advance to ensure a spot in the Kids Recreation Program. Details on registration will be provided soon.
