The International Meeting on Animal Venom Peptides with Therapeutic Properties (IMonATP) will bring together internationally renowned researchers to discuss advances in the study of the therapeutic properties of peptides derived from animal venoms and poisons. The main focus of IMonATP is on the possibilities of using these peptides to develop new drugs for the treatment of various diseases, such as infections, cancer, neurological and cardiovascular diseases, among others.

IMonATP stands out, therefore, for its role in disseminating these discoveries, offering a space for dialogue and scientific innovation. The event will bring important benefits to the participating students and professionals, as it will put them in direct contact with renowned researchers with distinct expertise, enabling the establishment of partnerships and the healthy exchange of knowledge. Contributing to the establishment of new research projects aimed expansion of the therapeutic applications of peptides isolated from animal venoms and poisons.
