Ensuring good content and good audiovisual quality of your presentation is essential to engage your listeners and increase the impact of your research. Knowing the possible difficulties that may exist in the process of recording and submitting videos, we have provided you with some step-by-step instructions to guide you on our platform.
How do I login?
By clicking on the email that we at Galoá sent you, you will go to a simplified login page, follow the steps in the video on the side.
How to upload a photo and confirm your personal data?
The first time you access your ICNPHH area in Galoá, you will be able to confirm your personal data and make the necessary corrections to the name of your presentation.
When editing your profile, you can register your photo, lattes curriculum and preview how your details will look in the Event Annals, in the video beside we walk through these steps, check it out :)
Where to find your presentation invitation
By opening your author area in Galoá Proceedings you will have easy access to all the functions related to your published works. In “Publications” you will find your work, and in “Presentations” you will find the submission area itself.
On the “Presentations” page, click on “Send video” and check the minimum specifics that your video must have for better quality and to be accepted on our platform.
Once you have recorded the videos following the rules of the event, click on “Upload the video!”, and attach the video file.
The Galoá platform will evaluate the duration, quality and dimensions of your video to verify if it complies with the rules of the event.
Don't forget that it's not enough to select the file for the upload to be done, you also need to confirm the upload!
What happens if my video is not suitable?
When uploading your video, the Galoá platform automatically analyzes the quality, framing and duration of my video. Therefore, if any of these parameters are outside the requirements of the event committee, you will not be able to finalize your submission.
If this happens, don't worry, you don't necessarily need to re-record everything! But do not worry! Except in cases of timing, all other aspects can be corrected without you needing to re-record.
