Food Engineer from the Federal University of Paraíba, with a master's degree in Agrifood Technology from the Federal University of Paraíba and a PhD in Food Science and Technology from the Federal University of Paraíba. Professor at UFPB, at the Center for Human, Social and Agrarian Sciences, assigned to the Department of Agroindustrial Management and Technology, working in technical courses in Agroindustry and in Nutrition and Dietetics at CAVN. She is a permanent member of the Graduate Program in Agrifood Technology at UFPB (Campus III-Bananeiras). She has experience in the area of Food Science and Technology, with an emphasis on Food Technology, working mainly in Meat and Fish Technology, especially in the use of by-products to obtain proteins with bioactive properties. She is a journal reviewer in the area of Meat Science and Technology.
