Prof. Dr. Jorge Alberto Sánchez Burgos

Professor in the Postgraduate Program in Food Sciences of the TecNM-Technological Institute of Tepic, he is part of the National System of Researchers of Mexico. His line of research is related to the biofunctionalization of nanoparticles, preparation of formulations rich in nutraceuticals obtained from agro-industrial residues. He has supervised 3 undergraduate theses, 4 master's theses and 1 doctoral theses and currently directs 6 doctoral theses and 3 master's theses. He has 24 indexed publications, 6 book chapters
