Julia Simões Corrêa Galendi

Julia Simos Correa Galendi is currently a PhD student and works as a associate researcher at the Institute of Health Economics and Clinical Epidemiology of the University of Cologne. She graduated in medicine at the Sao PauloState University (UNESP), and medical residency on Internal Medicine at the University of Sao Paulo (USP), and holds a M.Sc. degree in Clinical Research by the Sao Paulo State University (UNESP). In 2018 she was awared with the German Chancellor Fellowship from the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation to develop cooperations between Brazil and Germany. Her research is focused on Health Technology Assessment and using scientific evidence to inform decision- making concerning pricing and reimbursement of medical technologies.
