– Slides division should be in the following order, mentioning each subject: background, aim, methodology, results, conclusion.
– You can add English subtitles using programs like Zoom and PowerPoint.

How to Add English Subtitles Using Zoom
- Open Zoom and Sign In
Launch the Zoom desktop app and log in with your account.
- Start or Join a Meeting
- Enable Live Transcription (Subtitles)
- Click on "More" (three dots at the bottom of the screen).
- Select "Live Transcript" or "Captions".
- Click "Enable Auto-Transcription".
- Click on "More" (three dots at the bottom of the screen).
- Choose Subtitle Language
By default, Zoom will transcribe in the language spoken. Make sure you are speaking English for English subtitles.
- View Subtitles
- Click "CC" or "Show Subtitles" to display them on screen.
- Optionally, click "View Full Transcript" to see the full subtitle history.
- Click "CC" or "Show Subtitles" to display them on screen.
How to Add English Subtitles in PowerPoint
- Open PowerPoint (online or desktop).
- Open Your Presentation
- Go to the Slide Show Tab
- Click on the “Slide Show” tab in the top menu.
- Click on the “Slide Show” tab in the top menu.
- Enable Subtitles
- Click “Always Use Subtitles”.
- Set "Spoken Language" (e.g., Portuguese or English).
- Set "Subtitle Language" to English.
- Choose subtitle position (bottom or top of slide).
- Click “Always Use Subtitles”.
- Start the Presentation
- Click "From Beginning" or "From Current Slide".
- Speak into your microphone — PowerPoint will generate subtitles in real time.
- Click "From Beginning" or "From Current Slide".
