POSTER
We suggest that you access the event page to read the reviewers' report and the approval notice from the Thematic Group (GT) Coordination. To do so, you need to log in to the event page, go to the “Abstract Submission” tab, click on the Submission Area (top right), click on the title of the paper and you will find the comments on the left side of the screen. If you have been asked to resubmit your abstract, you should click on the green “Edit Submission” button.
To present their work at the event, authors must prepare a poster measuring 90cm (width) by 120cm (length). The material (canvas or paper) or type (whole or in parts) of the poster is up to the authors, within the size limit. The posters will be displayed in a specific location and it is the authors' responsibility to transport, place and remove the material, according to the instructions they receive from the monitors on the day of the event. Authors must remain at the poster exhibition location throughout the session, which will take place on 11/09/24, from 5pm to 6pm.
We also remind you that the presenter of the work must have confirmed registration by 30/08.
ORAL COMMUNICATION
Authors must submit the presentation of the approved paper, saved in PDF format, by August 30, 2024 on the Galoá website. Each paper will have 8 minutes for presentation. We remind you that the texts will be published in the Proceedings of the event and, if the authors are interested in revising the material according to the guidelines of the reviewers, the document must be submitted again with the changes made on the Galoá platform by September 1, 2024. To do this, you need to log in to the event page, go to the “Abstract Submission” tab, click on the Submission Area (top right), click on the title of the paper and you will find the comments on the left side of the screen. If you wish to make corrections to your abstract or have been requested to do so, you must click on the green “Edit submission” button.
We would also like to remind you that the presenter of the paper must have confirmed their registration by August 20th.
