I - GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION:
a) The abstract must be written in English.
b) At least one of the authors who submit the work must be registered at the meeting.
c) Abstracts must be sent by December 06, 2024. The submission of the work must be done by one of the authors of the work and this will be considered the presenter of the work.
d) Abstracts may be approved, approved with correction or not approved.
e) Abstracts approved with corrections should be resubmitted with the requested corrections within 48 hours.
f) Approved works must be presented in poster format (maximum poster size: 0.90 m wide x 1.20 m high) during a face-to-face session defined in the congress program.
g) It will also be required to send the work, if approved, in the format of an e-poster to compose the annals of the congress. The e-poster must be written in English. There is a poster template available here.
h) The e-posters of accepted abstracts must be sent by December 09, 2024.
II - CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ABSTRACT
a) It must have a minimum of 1500 characters (with spaces) and a maximum of 2400 characters (with spaces).
b) Each abstract may have a maximum of 10 participants, including the presenting author.
c) The text of the abstract should include: Introduction - Objectives - Methodology - Results - Conclusion
d) If the research was funded, mention the funding source.
e) Include keywords: a minimum of three and a maximum of five.
f) The works must fit according to the following areas:
– Antimicrobial and antioxidant peptides
– Peptides active on ion channels
– Peptides and neurological disorders
– Peptides and immunity
– Peptides and pain
– Peptides and cancer
– Drug design and development based on peptides
– Therapeutical applications of peptides from animal venom and poisons
