CALL FOR PAPERS

The Graduate Program in Communication and Consumer Practices at ESPM (PPGCOM-ESPM) invites researchers and students in the field of communication and related areas to submit papers for the 10th Graduate Working Groups Meeting and the 6th Undergraduate Working Groups Meeting in Communication and Consumption.
The meetings will be held from October 14 to 16, 2025, in a hybrid format at ESPM, São Paulo. Submissions can be made until August 4, 2025.

In 2025, the event will be held in a hybrid format: each author must choose, at the time of submission, whether they will present their work in person or online.

All submitted papers will be evaluated through a double-blind review process (without author identification). Each Working Group (GT) will include external reviewers, in addition to its coordinator. Proposals that do not comply with the templates or that exceed the character limits will be automatically rejected.

Publication in the conference proceedings is optional. Authors will be able to indicate their preference during the submission process.

10th Graduate Working Groups Meeting

Submissions are open to master's students, master's graduates, doctoral candidates, and Ph.D. holders in communication and related fields. Papers may have a maximum of three authors: one main author and two co-authors.
Each researcher may submit only one paper as the main author and may participate as a co-author on only one additional paper.

Full papers written in Portuguese, English, or Spanish will be accepted. Submitted works must be unpublished (i.e., not submitted for academic publication or previously presented at other events), must address the articulation between communication and consumption, and must specifically align with the objectives and description of the selected Working Group (GT).
Papers must be between 12 and 15 pages in length, following the event’s template guidelines.
