Check below information and guidance on registrations: values, discounts and deadlines.

 

Participant enrolled in CIET:ENPET| ESUD:CIESUD|2022 must perform and verify register in four (4) complementary spaces:

1. Galoá Congress Area (event website system, general guidelines, participation certificate, speaker, etc)
2. Scientific works and panels Module Galoá system's (for submission and evaluation papers, papers presentation certificate)
3. UNIREDE system (to generate registration slip and make payments)
    
4. Virtual environment (for performing on virtual stage event) - to be defined soon.

 

:. Suggested registration flow (Register steps and/or for sending papers or panel):

• 01. Profile Register (Pre-Register) : Register in Galoá system to have certificate access, guidelines and submission work at event
• 02. Submit work or thematic panel : Work prepare according to template and submit by Galoá system for evaluation and possible presentation in event
• 03. Generate billet and make payment : Generate ticket through UniRede system and make payment of registration rate
• 04. Participate in event (virtual | Face-to-face) : ready | On event date, check out guidelines and environments where virtual and face-to-face activities of event will take place and PARTICIPATE

 

:. Observations:

• a) The event secretariat will automatically identify payments (within 48 hours), but we recommend that participant save payment proof of possible future conference.
• b) To submit paper for evaluation and possible event presentation, authors of paper don`t need make payment registration ticket in advance. They can send text and, only after work evaluation, will be required their registration payment. It`s important note that papers with several authors must have at least three authors enrolled in event OR, then two additional authors must pay the co-authorship rate.

 

Registration for CIET:EnPET:2022| ESUD:CIESUD|2022 can be held from February 2022. Those interested may choose to participate in the two stages of event (virtual and face-to-face) or only in one of them, being able to present works and panels in both stages or only in one of these stages.

Please note that register rates be change depending with type of decided participation and are also adjusted depending on registration period. Pay attention!

 

Observations: 

• There are discounts for those who sign up for both steps (see discounted amounts already in specific tables below).
• There are 25% discounts for persons with institutions linked or associated with UniRede (students, technicians and teachers) and associates in collaborate form. Note: It`s necessary that institution or collaborating associate be out with UniRede. Guidelines for joining UniRede website - https://www.aunirede.org.br
• There are 25% discounts for students who paid for Specialization Course in Education and Technologies (EduTec) on Grupo Horizonte.
• Participants (teachers, students and administrative technicians) in formal connection with organizing institutions may have a 25% discount, in this case proof is required.
• Participants (specialists and teachers) with an accreditation to the Andifes ISF Network can have a 25% discount, proof being required.
• Check out discount plan for group registration:
  • 5 to 9 person Groups: 15% off
  • 10 to 15 person Groups: 20% discount
  • More than 16 persons by group: 25% discount
• To obtain any kind of discount you will need to present specific vouchers, which will be validated by secretariat / organization of event.
