Prof(a). Dr(a). Francisco J. Rodríguez-Pulido

Prof. Dr. Francisco J. Rodríguez-Pulido holds a degree in Chemistry from the Universidad de Granada and a PhD in Pharmacy from the Universidad de Sevilla, where he is currently a researcher in the Department of Nutrition and Food Science. His early work in 2011 contributed to the introduction of Hyperspectral Imaging techniques in viticulture. In parallel with his academic activity, he has collaborated with private companies, gaining experience in technology transfer. His current research focuses on the application of Computer Vision and Spectral Imaging methods for quality assessment in agri-food products and by-products.
