Between September 13th and 16th, 2026, the city of Armação dos Búzios will host the XXII BMIC, which will take place at the Atlântico Búzios Convention Hotel (Estrada da Usina, 294 – Morro do Humaitá – Armação de Búzios – Rio de Janeiro – Brazil, 28950-255).

To enhance the experience of event participants, the Organizing Committee of the XXII BMIC, in partnership with the transportation company LOGÍSTICA BÚZIOS (the official carrier for the event), will offer a shared transfer service from Rio de Janeiro (Santos Dumont Airport SDU and  RIOgaleão – Tom Jobim International Airport GIG) to Atlântico Búzios Convention Hotel (Armação dos Búzios), as described below:
* Pre-determined schedules and dates
* Passengers reserve individual seats in the vehicle
* Exclusive transportation for event participants
* Specialized reception at the airports

The shared transfer schedules will be designed based on the arrival and departure times provided in this form. To ensure we can accommodate the largest possible number of participants, please complete the survey by July 15, 2026.

By July 20, 2026, we will announce the official transportation schedules.

Cost: R$ 260.00 per passenger, per transfer.
Important Notice: Due to the conflict between the USA and Iran and its impact on global oil supplies, we are monitoring potential fuel price fluctuations. While we will do our utmost to maintain the current rates, the transfer price may be subject to adjustments. We hope for a swift and peaceful resolution to this conflict.
