• ON THE REGISTRATION FORM, ITEMS MARKED WITH ASTERISK (*) ARE MANDATORY. THE OPTIONAL INFORMATION CAN HELP THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE TO ACCELERATE CONTACTS WITH PARTICIPANTS ABOUT THE EVENT TOPICS, THEREFORE WE RECOMMEND THAT THEY BE COMPLETED.
• AFTER SUBMITTING THIS FORM ONLINE, THE PARTICIPANT CAN ALWAYS RETURN TO THEIR PERSONAL AREA USING THE REGISTERED EMAIL AND PASSWORD TO MAKE ADDITIONS OR CHANGES TO THE PREVIOUS CHOICES, AS LONG AS THE SPECIFIC DEADLINES ARE OBSERVED.
Payment Methods
Commitment Note/Warrant
Payment form only for Brazilian attendees: Commitment Note is a payment method for Brazilian public universities. Registrations using the "Empenho" modality will be accepted up to 30 days before the event (August 13, 2026). No registration in this modality will be effective without sending the payment settlement document.
Consult the secretariat (bmicbuzios@metaeventos.net) to align the payment method.
PIX/BANK TRANSFER
Payment form only for Brazilian attendees:
- PIX payments will be accepted until the final registration deadline before the event (September 4). To register using PIX, use the key bmic2026@gmail.com (PIX KEY).
Contact the Event Secretariat to send the proof of registration payment: bmicbuzios@metaeventos.net. Your payment status will remain as "in progress" until the conclusion of the payment process for this transaction, including the issuance of the receipt and confirmation by the Event Secretariat of the payment settlement (in approximately 7 days after sending the proof of payment). No registration will be processed without payment.
- BANK TRANSFER is a payment method for Brazilian public and private companies and will be accepted until the final registration deadline before the event (September 4).
Contact the Event Secretariat to send the registration invoicing details (data for the invoice): bmicbuzios@metaeventos.net. Your payment status will remain as "in progress" until the conclusion of the payment process for this transaction, including the issuance of the invoice/receipt and the sending of the payment settlement to bmicbuzios@metaeventos.net. No registration will be processed without payment.
