Evaluation of Work in Progress

We would like to share an important update regarding the evaluation of submitted papers. We have received a significant volume of scientific contributions, covering a wide range of topics and approaches. To ensure a thorough, fair review process that meets the highest academic standards, the scientific committee is carefully reviewing each submission.

We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding as we work toward announcing the results. Paper evaluations are tentatively scheduled to take place between July 22 and August 10. Once the process is complete, the results will be made available via the event's official channels. In accordance with the rules published on the website, authors may indicate a preference for either a poster or an oral presentation; however, the final decision regarding the presentation format rests with the Scientific Committee. It is the author's responsibility to check the approved format when the final program is released on the event website.

Compartilhamos uma importante atualização sobre a avaliação dos trabalhos submetidos. Recebemos um volume expressivo de contribuições científicas, com ampla diversidade de temas e abordagens. Para assegurar uma análise criteriosa, justa e alinhada aos mais altos padrões acadêmicos, a comissão científica está revisando cada trabalho com a atenção necessária.

Sabemos da expectativa pela divulgação dos resultados e agradecemos a compreensão e a paciência de todos. As avaliações dos trabalhos têm previsão inicial de ocorrer entre 22 de julho e 10 de agosto. Assim que o processo for concluído, os resultados serão disponibilizados nos canais oficiais do evento. Conforme as regras publicadas no site, os autores podem indicar preferência por apresentação em pôster ou oral; no entanto, a definição final da modalidade caberá ao Comitê Científico. Caberá ao autor verificar o formato aprovado no momento da divulgação do programa final no site do evento.
