Brazilian Society for Chemistry Teaching (SBEnQ) + Brazilian Association for Research in Science Education (ABRAPEC) + Brazilian Association for Biology Teaching (SBEnBio)

The activity will have as its only point of agenda to bring together researchers in the area of Science teaching, members of ANPEd and affiliated with the three scientific societies, to discuss and plan the creation of the Science Education Study Group. We believe that this is an opportunity to strengthen our sub-area (Science Education) within Anped, as well as another collective space for social organization to foster the national debate about the training, teaching and research of Science teachers, considering the intrinsic historical specificities of our sub-area in a context of broader dialogue with the educational field. Our dissemination planning will involve the mobilization of our members who will be present at the Anped meeting, via internal communication from each of the three associations and, externally, through social networks, inviting researchers from our sub-area to participate in other existing WGs.
