Extended Education – Concepts and Terms, Methods and Practices from an International

The conference starts with an introduction on out-of-school time, extended education, and its increase worldwide. Then it focuses on the objectives of extended education. In the third part the contexts of the school and out-of-school is characterized before then the key terms and concepts in English in the out-of-school context, in extended education, is highlighted from an international point of view. Based on that, in the fifth part the field of extended education is outlined and a characterization of the field is provided.
