Type:
WERA - Workshop
Category:
Geral
Place:
Sala 204, CCSA
Date and time:
13:00 to 16:00 on 10/26/2025
This seminar provides guidelines and hands on opportunities for refining research questions, theoretical and logic models. The outline will go as follows: 1) Research design considerations and research questions, 2) Theoretical models, and 3) Logic models and will include developing the participants own research studies within these three design aspects.
Participants are encouraged to come with a research question interested in developing an evidential study. Results of the workshop will provide participants with information and skills for conducting robust evidential research. Dr Schneider is a well-known researcher in the areas of
experimental and quasi-experimental study design (Schneider et al., 2007) and she and Dr. Bradford have worked on the design and evaluation of several large-scale cluster randomized control trials in education (Schneider et al., 2022; Krajcik et al., 2023).
