The commissioned work aims to present and analyze the offensives against gender and its mutability to neoliberal ultraconservative policies. The offensives are defined as transnational articulated networks that install moral disputes about the idea of gender with the aim of refounding the very notion of gender, sexuality and the body. Our object, therefore, is the mapping of this transposition of offensives against gender to the state apparatus and its strategies and processes in the formulation of public policies against gender and sexuality diversity. We therefore analyze the characteristics and meanings of the strategic occupation of the state apparatus that favored the penetration of anti-gender ideology in the grammar and material processes of human rights and education policies in Brazil in the last decade. With this objective, we present a theoretical-analytical framework based on four empirical cases of current state policies that had their productive facet installed after 2019.
