NATIONAL EDUCATION SYSTEM: an ongoing challenge

National Education System, conceptual definition. History, and challenges of (in)equality. PLP No. 235/2019. Limits and advances of the project. ABSTRACT: This paper intends to offer a small outline of approximations that can contribute to the understanding of the National Education System (SNE) project, now approved by the Federal Senate, determined by law. The minimum conceptualization of System begins the study. The following is the relevant legislation. The history of the concept of System and the challenges of (in)equality continue the trajectory of the study. Next comes the complementary bill in progress that safeguards the meaning of the National System and the National Education Plan: the right to education for all and the duty of the State. The final reflection points to the advances and limits of the project in question as challenges posed to civil society and to scientific associations in education.
