Lecture topics: Using ICP/MS Coupled with Elementomic Modelling to Determine the Country of Origin for Different Food Commodities

Brian Quinn began his career with environmental fate studies. He then joined the IR4 Leader Lab, earning his PhD in Environmental Engineering. After a post-doctoral position with USDA-ARS, he researched flies and mosquitoes. Following this, he worked with Xhale, Inc. studying human breath. He then spent three years with Kestrel Ecological Services, controlling invasive plants. Since 2019, he has been the Mass Spectrometry Manager at Queen's University Belfast.
