Lecture topics: ''Advances in Direct Vapour Generation Atomic Spectrometry in Complex Matrix''

Professor of Analytical Chemistry at the Faculty of Chemistry, Universidad de la República, Montevideo, Uruguay.  Her research interest in inorganic Analytical Chemistry is vapour generation coupled to microwave induced plasma spectrometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Currently she is devoted to the study of direct metals and semi-metals determination in complex matrices. She works at the Unit for Water Analysis, an area of the Faculty of Chemistry dedicated, in addition to parameter monitoring, to the development of research tasks related to drinking and natural water quality.

Another topic of her interest is the determination of elements at trace concentration level using electroanalytical techniques.

8th EspeQBrasil and 17th RSAS Galoá

8th Brazilian Meeting on Chemical Speciation and the 17th Rio Symposium on Atomic Spectrometry uses Galoá to painless manage and increase the impact of the event.
