ACCOMMODATION RATES AT HOTEL DO BOSQUE, ANGRA DOS REIS, RJ, BRAZIL

# Attention:

1. In the case of two or more children, only one child up to 10 years old will be free. Only children up to 02 years will be allowed in bed with parents;

2. It is mandatory that all children and adolescents present their identity documents or original birth certificates or certified copies at the time of check-in;

3. Accommodation reservations made after August 15th will be subject to a 20% increase.

*PACKAGE RATE INCLUDE:

• 05 days, 4 nights at Hotel do Bosque (October 06 to 10, 2025)

• Service Fee (10%)

• Breakfast (04), Lunch (04) and Dinner (04) at the Hotel Restaurant

• Hotel Leisure Activities

• Wi-Fi internet in the apartment

• Check in: 14:00h

• Check out: 12:00h

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. Accommodation reservations at the HOTEL DO BOSQUE must be requested at the event secretariat by sending an email to sandramello.producoes@gmail.com, with the information below:
   
   a) FULL NAME OF THE GUEST(S)
   
   b) RESERVATION PERIOD
   
   c) TYPE OF ROOM (single, double, triple or quadruple)
    

2. If you choose to stay in a double, triple or quadruple room, you should send the name of the people (participant(s) of the event) that will share the room with you to sandramello.producoes@gmail.com, as described in item 1;
    

3. If necessary, we can indicate someone to share the room with you, according to the room option chosen by the participant. If we don't have anyone to indicate you must pay the difference, if there is any;

4. IMPORTANT 1:
   All participants must be registered at the Meeting to make the reservation of accommodation at the Hotel do Bosque, Angra dos Reis, RJ.
    

5. IMPORTANT 2: 

   We suggest everyone stay at the Hotel do Bosque, the event hotel. If you prefer to stay outside the event hotel, you will be required to pay a "day use" fee, which is a daily rate for hotel use. This fee is charged by the hotel to all guests not staying there who use the hotel during the event.

   I would like to clarify that this fee is a hotel requirement and we cannot change it.

   The cost of "day use" is R$190.00 per person, per day.
    

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

RESIDENTS IN BRAZIL ONLY:
Payment by PIX, credit card or debit card. Accommodation reservations may be paid in up to 3 installments for reservations made up until June 30th; and in 2 installments for reservations made up until July 30th. After this dates, the payments may no longer be paid in installments.
 

NON RESIDENTS IN BRAZIL (OTHER COUNTRIES):
Payment by International Credit Card Only, and it may not be made in installments.
 

IMPORTANT (residents or non residents):
Accommodation reservations made after July 30th will be subject to a 20% increase.

 

HOW TO MAKE THE PAYMENTS:

Payment for accommodation at the Hotel do Bosque, Angra dos Reis, RJ, must be provided after confirmation of the reservation by the event secretariat, which will send you the information for payment.
 


CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation requests received by SEPTEMBER 01^st, 2025 are entitled to refund of 80% of the paid value. After SEPTEMBER 01^st, 2025 no refund will be possible.
