Luciano Morais Lião

Luciano holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the Federal University of Goiás (1991), master's and Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry (Chemistry of Natural Products) from the Federal University of São Carlos (1994 and 1997). Post-doctorate in Nuclear Magnetic Resonance at the University of Toronto (Canada, 2019, supervised by André J. Simpson) and UFSCar (2007, supervised by Antonio Gilberto Ferreira). Full Professor at UFG, where he coordinates the Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Laboratory. He has experience in the field of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, with emphasis on the following topics: food analysis (Food NMR); three-dimensional structure of peptides; structural determination of organic and inorganic compounds; fuel analysis, etc. He has extensive experience in the study of heterogeneous materials through HR-MAS NMR.
