The 19^th NMR Users Meeting will be held at RIALE BRISA BARRA HOTEL at the wonderful Barra da Tijuca beach, Rio de Janeiro, from 25 to 29 September 2023, Monday through Friday.

The Riale Brisa Barra Hotel offers excellence in care and hospitality, including an ocean view for all apartments. The structure features adult and children's pools, a gym, saunas, and an exquisite restaurant with a privileged view - O Peregrino - where the full buffet breakfast will be served. Free WiFi is available in all areas, and the covered parking (with additional cost) has limited vacancies. In addition to these facilities, the hotel offers free beach services such as chairs, umbrellas, and towels.

O Hotel Riale Brisa Barra has the charm and the ideal location to make your stay as pleasant and productive as possible. It is located strategically to meet leisure or work demands, close to Commercial Centers, Alvorada Terminal, and excellent beach options and walks full of natural beauties. Santos Dumont Airport is 30.8 km away, and Galeão International Airport is 33.8 km from the Hotel.

We suggest that participants stay at this hotel, as it is the venue for the event, has an excellent location, and is a great cost/benefit option in the Barra da Tijuca region. We also suggest that you make your reservation as far in advance as possible. Apartments at Riale Brisa sell out very quickly.

1. In the case of two or more children, only one child up to 10 years old will be free. Only children up to 02 years will be allowed in bed with parentes;

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. Accommodation reservations at the HOTEL RIALE BRISA BARRA must be requested to the event secretariat by sending an email to sandramello.producoes@gmail.com, with the information below:
   a) FULL NAME OF THE GUEST(S)
   b) RESERVATION PERIOD
   c) TYPE OF ROOM (single, double or triple)
    

2. If you choose to stay in a double or triple room, you should send the name of the people (participant(s) of the event) that will share the room with you to sandramello.producoes@gmail.com, as described in item 1;
    

3. If necessary, we can indicate someone to share the room with you, according to the room option chosen by the participant. If we don't have anyone to indicate you must pay the difference, if there is any.
    

4. IMPORTANT: All participants must be registered at the Meeting to make the reservation of accommodation in the Riale Brisa Barra Hotel.
   
    

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

RESIDENTS IN BRAZIL ONLY: payment by PIX, credit card or debit card, as described below.

NON RESIDENTS IN BRAZIL (OTHER COUNTRIES): payment by International Credit Card Only, as described below.

 

HOW TO MAKE THE PAYMENTS:

Payment for accommodation at the Riale Brisa Barra Hotel must be provided after confirmation of the reservation by the event secretariat, which will send you the information for payment.

 

ATTENTION

1. The booking and payment of accommodation FOR THOSE WHO WILL NOT BE STAYING AT THE EVENT HOTEL (RIALE BRISA BARRA HOTEL) is the exclusive responsibility of the participant and must be arranged directly with the chosen hotel, according to the reservation and payment conditions of each hotel;
    

2. There will be no event transfers between hotels or airports during the Meeting;
    

3. Lunches on the 26^th, 27^th, and 28^th of September 2023 will be held at the RIALE BRISA BARRA Hotel restaurant and are included for all participants registered in the event, even for those who are not staying at this hotel;
    

4. We strongly suggest that you make your accommodation reservation as far in advance as possible, as the total number of apartments contracted with the hotel (venue), with the rates above guaranteed, is LIMITED. After confirming all contracted apartments, the Hotel will not guarantee the same rates, which are floating, and the discount granted will refer to fluctuation values on the day of the reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation requests received by AUGUST 01^st, 2023 are entitled to refund of 80% of the paid value. After AUGUST 01^st, 2023 no refund will be possible.
